Humrahi has a plot line which seems to be lifted out of a Regency novel, Redemption of the Rake.The severely hackneyed plot line aside, Humrahi has a fine performance from Jubilee Kumar Rajendra Kumar as Shekhar Dharamdas. Son of a rich public prosecutor and a flirt to the boot, he is instantly smitten the not-at-all-interested-in-him Sharada (Jamuna).
